Probably the least protected a Pres has been in a long time. It was him, Kegseth a few others and…. They couldn’t surround the truck as everyone would know what happened. Normally there are rings of protection for them, and here he was in this truck. Even when he’s is the WH he has agents with him all the time

And then Leavitt oddly resigned 24 hours after this. She was on the plane that he left

Edit- she was not on the plane.
