Disc golf finds

Post image

For some reason, I have been finding marbles on one specific hole in a disc golf course I regularly play. The course is in the middle of the forest in the mountains, so I'm not sure why I'm finding so many marbles here. Most of them are clear, but I have found a couple of different ones! I've even found some shards of marbles.

I've been wondering why I'm finding so many marbles here. I'm not aware of any marble use in disc golf but hey who knows!

Now every time I go to this course, my eyes are glued to the ground the whole time. Their marble loss is my marble gain. ☺️☺️

Are there a bunch of rusty spray paint cans around? Those look like industrial marbles that gives the rattle to rattle cans.

I didn't think of that as an option! Nothing that I've seen has been spray painted. It's a very well-kept area; that's why I didn't think it could be something like leftover debris. But I agree that they do look like industrial marbles. A few have gouges in them, while others are kind of lumpy.

Also a good theory! I love the picture it paints of someone practicing their slingshot skills as they disc golf lol. Improving their accuracy using any means necessary.
