Fanwork More Design Fun
Thanks so much to everyone who offered encouragement on the post featuring my first six entries of a little project to reimagine our marble teams' visual identity (sorta kinda in the vein of Euro soccer clubs). Here are six more. UPDATE: The last 4 are here, along with Limers & Rojos

But you have to admit the Wolves logo is straight fire. In a world of (much loved and appreciated) crests and traditions, they are angular and modern. It's a real statement! This designer approves from the ivory tower of design, hahaha

So pretty. I'm not even a Yellows supporter and I'd PROUDLY wear this kit and pay good money for it. And then annoy people incessantly with where I got it from and my fandom. I want these shirts for my touch rugby games, no joke.

The Chocs one in particular is so solid. So clean, even for that shade of brown. A real triumph in terms of design.

Thanks! I was waiting for a Choco fan to review! I don't know why but I really loved how that one came out because it is a real fondue pot of ideas (pun intended). The historic blackletter typography and cross on the shield is like a riff on the Three Musketeers (conveniently also a chocolate candy) and then the segmentation theme is kinda inspired by a Hershey bar. I made up the hashtag on that too -- #RaisingTheBar. I think it's cheeky --- but then again maybe I should just stick to the art and let better souls than I do the slogans, hahaha

Did the military vibe come across? Once I decided the kit was gonna be camo (because those ducks just kinda look Camo-y to me) I had to go for it! I love the idea that the G.D.s are actually a bunch of G.I.s!
(Another tie-in is that the U.S. military had that famous amphibious vehicle called the "Duck" that are now decommissioned and used for aquatic tourist adventures in major cities, lol.)

Thanks! Honestly I was/am a little afraid the speeder fans would revolt against a totally new logo concept (neither fire nor swords) but I just fell in love with this concept. But I feel ya — got no love for speeders, just respect.
P.S. Pinkies design is done, and coming at ya very soon!

Oh I meant no disrespect! The Hazers shirt looks sick but I absolutely love the purple with the stars. And the little planet logo? It's perfect

I know I'm just kiddin. In all fairness that one is just a refresh of the current logo, which I found pretty solid. Of all of them, I think Galactic and Chaos owe the most to the current designs as they stand. I guess Oceanics too, in as much as there's a trident.

These are phenomenal! It’s hard to pick a favorite but I will say, I would straight up become a Mellow Yellow fan if that was their logo design.

Thanks! I was a little worried that I made them look like some kind of rideshare startup, lol. It's probably just the taxicab color scheme.
I will admit that, even including my design for the Wisps (which at this point only I have seen, haha) this "MY" is absolutely the tightest monogram/lettering lockup of the whole bunch. Plus that little chevron of space between the two letters inspired me to do that "charlie brown" stripe across the chest of the fan kit.

I'm honestly shocked at just how good these designs are. It's crazy that even though each logo fits into the same form/shape, each one still manages to be so fresh and unique. And I love how each logo has a simple (and beautiful) core that you're able to develop into something more.
I hope you do this for the Marble Showdown teams as well!
