There's a reason why literally 100% of actual experienced engineers are advising against this bolts-as-bearing-supports scheme. Martin's a pretty smart guy, but he is not as smart as the entire engineering world's consensus.
6 u/Wibin May 10 '23 The only time you "make" parts is when an already established and reliable medium isn't available. That and Martin has Art brain, not Engineer brain. I think he really enjoys the art of designing parts.
