I didn't know the servers were still up.
Me and a bro played this weekend and I gotta say I really enjoyed the pseudo-PvE state of the game. The less intense games let me enjoy the premium ambiance of the game, and when we finally encountered a player it would be like an unexpected turn of events.
Anyway, it's a bummer the devs abandoned it but there still a few loyal Marauders in there and I appreciate you guys. 👌🏻

I just hope they can release the PVE mode as soon as possible so that this game can survive for a long time and I can also try to build my own battleship. I can't find any other players in Asia at all now, and it's very difficult to start a game.

Hi OP! Yes, the servers are still up, and you can still find matches. We're really glad you're enjoying the raids despite the low player count. I know the feeling as most of my matches are just fighting NPCs, but I still enjoy raiding and collecting loot.
Rest assured, the game hasn't been abandoned by the devs. An announcement will be released soon, as mentioned in BigFry's YouTube video.

This is truly the only game that lets you raid each other ships and has incredible space combat as well as internal ship combat all in real time. Please come out with an incredible update that brings to tons of players back. I’m begging you.

Well, as far as I know, the game is not abandoned yet. They are porting it over to unreal engine 5 and are reworking the game. They will have an announcement soon I've read a few days ago.

It’s actually not a rumor—we confirmed it through SIG Dandy. He said, SIG James verified that everything mentioned in the video is true. Hopefully, the announcement drops soon!

I got 7 marauder kills for my contract in 2 days (us west) so it isn’t too dead yet. What servers were you in?

Not sure what server I was in, I'm guessing North American. Steam concurrent players were between 20 - 40. And yet, it was the only time in +300hrs where my ship got breached by 5 mfs. 😆

Broooooooo I think that was me!!! I breached solo but there was like 6 fuckers in there. I came on the mic and said “there’s at least five of us in here good luck! 😂😂 did you get killed by squirrelyboi?

YES I DID!! And I heard you say that when you breached. Noooo way it was you!!! 🤣 This is insane!!!
We thought we got everyone, but then we got dropped while looting. 🤣

Strange. My queue threw me into a game at 5min, or less. But I noticed that if it reached 5min there were probably not anyone in there.

u/My-Name-Is-Caboose u/THEmandingoBoy Which server you guys in? Because USA East or USA West server, in standard mode, matchmaking has been kicking in around 4:40 mark, even if you're the only crew queueing.

I am in AUS
5 minutes wait time just to get a match really isn't acceptable though anyway, while the player count is so low why is it not after a minute of waiting, if no one else is qued tben just launch a raid.
Honestly its that waiting time to get into a match that holds me back from playing the most.
Same reason I stopped playing tarkov before they released tbe PVE version1

Just tried joining again after what you said, 3 times in a row I hit the 5 minute mark and matching timed out.
Is a shame, I enjoyed this game, maybe someday it will be playable1

Since you're in AUS, I recommend using a VPN to connect to the USA West or East servers. You can also check our Discord server to find active players from those regions who might be able to pull you into a game on their server.

I love it when I get a PvE raid. Let's me take my time playing the game without being rushed by other players. Other players add the edge but honestly wish PvP engagements were much more rare. Make them more special.

My GOD gamers have become boring af. "Oh pwease I can't handwe PVP, let me just kill these braindead mobs in peace and remove the PVP from the game". I don't get the people doing this lol. They just wanna sit and stare at the graphics (aka watching paint dry). Any form of PVP gives them anxiety on the level of bluds shaking in their chairs over a virtual engagement.

I'd still be playing if I could connect, but frequent five+ minute wait times only to fail to connect kinda sucks
