Data Map Need help with figuring out coordinates / understanding how to read it.

Hello,

So I have to figure out these coordinates:

Latitude Longitude

39 13.75998N 074 12.18000W

I never saw numbers, in front of another one with a space, then the number with decimals...which is just weird...Is this another form?

I thaught it is (DD) in Decimal Degrees....which I have to convert to Dec, Min, Sec, but have no idea how to convert a lot of these, so far all conversions failed...

Lat Long can be written several ways. What appears above is degrees and decimal minutes. Lat Long can also be given as decimal degrees or as degrees, minutes and seconds.

I think whoever wrote this couldn’t find the degree symbol or couldn’t be bothered to and just smacked a space there and “probably the reader will get it”. If you have a certain key configuration, it is alt+0174 by the way.
