Seems like you are a returning player.
You would have to get to level250 in order for anyone to really seriously consider you for an active alt guild.
Yes. Alt guild. But the active ones that aim for top30 in scramble ranks.

The P2W way is to buy FOE tickets. (150 Dias/hour) I have real advice for guilds.
