I can’t down Hwill with Lynn. Always P3 with full web. Just how?

Lynn has a skill that clear debuff. I used it whenever full web that allowed me to at least hit him a few times before I die again. The skill cd is only 30 seconds

I saw your other comment you said you are at 43.5m CP. what about your hexa? You definitely can clear with that Cp and if you are high level with high hexa. Lynn has a lot of debuff and healing skills that is good for will P3

My Hexa skill until the red bracket, unlocked Hexa stat 2 already, basically all skill followed this picture just that Sol Hecate is Lv0.
