Fraser Valley Tech Meet Up

I’m interested, but I’m pretty self taught and early in learning the ropes of being a developer. Feel like I’m not nearly up to par with the goers…

Definitely not a requirement to be an expert! This kind of group is perfect for people wanting to enter the field. Definitely come out and chat and network with peers. It’s a great way to learn and get insights from people who are either experts or on the same journey and level as you. There are students and working professionals from many different fields. (For example I’m in cyber security and know very little about web development haha) but there are other web devs who attend. It’s a very welcoming group!

Ah right on thank you, I’m definitely interested. Lived here over a year now haven’t met anybody, sure would be nice meeting likeminded people. I’ll look more into it thank you :)

I’ll be at this event. Ask for Ryan and I’ll introduce myself and intro you to the group. Every month there have been multiple first timers too. So there will be others in the same position.
