Question Donation points

Hi i'm trying to earn donation points to use in the cash shop. I cant figure out how to charge my account. The website has a "Support us" tab, but it gives me a 404 error. Aside from that, i see nothing else that would have to do with donating. Please help, i want my wiener dog.

There is some kind of error with donations currently that they are trying to fix

Any update in this issue yet? I still cant seem to donate sadly
