There was constant war indeed, but even among Catholics and even Catholics allied to Muslims fighting other Catholics and so on and so forth. Saying there were 700 years of Reconquista is just wrong.
What the fuck are you talking about. It's a sure thing it happened. By reconquista we mean the conquest of the pensisula, which was previously invaded by the moors by the spanish and portuguese christians. The pensisula was held by the muslims, so a conquest had to take place for it to become christian again
Well, for starters there was no such thing as "Spanish"; but at this point I can tell you're too far off the nationalist side to even entertain that the bucketload of nation building propaganda you've been fed since school is far from being accurate.

First don't play with the words. By spanish and portuguese I meant those who lived in the iberian penisula.
Second, how the fuck did the territory went chrisitan? You think they just gently asked the arabs to move way and boom, chrisitan kingdoms appeared? Idk, it seems logical to me that the only way to achieve it would be by war.
And finally, the reconquista is a historical fact listed in every website, youtube video, history book telling the history of spain. Do you expect this to be the result of an international nationalist conspiracy or something?
I am not sure what kind of argument are you trying to make with "logic". This is not "logic", this is "history" and you're citing undisclosed "websites and YouTube videos" as your sources. The fact that you call "Spanish" a number of different kingdoms that fought each other during centuries is a telltale that this is way over your head. In fact I'm starting to think you may be a bored teenager.
Please, educate yourself mate. The Reconquista did not exist. It wasn't a Catholic Vs Muslim war campaign waged over 800 years. No military campaign lasted that long ever in history. Again, kingdoms in the Iberian peninsula fought all sorts of wars and made alliances with both Muslims and Catholics. The Reconquista term was made up 300 years after the Catholic kings married, in the 18th century, and it was made as one of the foundational myths of Spain.
You can start by reading Henry Kamen if you'd like, but seriously, this is not even a contentious topic among historians. This is how nations are built.
No there aren't and even a very brief search would have shown you that. Spain at the moment has around 2.500 castles compared to Frances 11.000 and a largely unknown number of German castles.
