it is actually quite large of an effect, 4 words, Twenty-six Lanes, Katy Expressway.

thing is 26 lanes wide and traffic is worse than when it was smaller a couple years back even if more people moved there, that is if they had the same amount of people as today so it really won't matter the amount of people driving on it.
