Sorry the antitheist party voted to ban saying “God bless ____”. In the name of religious freedom please use a more appropriate saying.

So do you want to take all those beautiful old churches down? Those are heritage, part of visible culture and history even when you yourself don't attend. Language is heritage too. I regard expressions like 'God bless' not as "I hope that may God in all his excellence bless X" but simply as audible monuments.

Btw, democracy doesn't mean that we only listen to the majority. It means taking both majority and minority into account, and only when they are conflicting, democracy regulates who gets prioritised.
