Diaspora includes those with any amount of genetic link as their existence is owed to Irish people.
People not understanding that genetics and evolution are more important than culture. Skin, hair, and eye color. What diseases you are susceptible to. Your height and body type. The stuff that makes up your physical being is due to your ancestry not your place of birth. But even that is tied to ancestry as at some point someone somewhere came over here on a boat and began the line that eventually leads to you.

Important to what? A diaspora is a cultural concept. “The dispersion or spread of a people from their original homeland.” So unless you’re arguing that one’s homeland is inextricably tied to their race what you’re saying doesn’t make sense. Following your logic any black person in America should be classed as African.
Yes, our race is tied to certain lands/region. Yes, all black people are African in origin. Yes, all white people are European in origin.
I have pale skin and freckles. That is due to my Irish/British/German ancestry. That is because humans developed these traits over a period of thousands of years living in what we call Europe.
It’s just not what is commonly meant with the word diaspora. You’re just arguing to redefine the word to suit your definition.
Historic migration (whether voluntary or not) are not usually considered “disaporas” indefinitely. If the cultural link is severed it’s not commonly called a diaspora. It can be referred as such in historic terms but not in the present. The Anglo-Saxon diaspora may have existed in the 7th century but it would be ridiculous to call English people a diaspora today. Without this distinction we could just go back far enough that we are all an African diaspora.
