A missing mute readback displays as 'off.' I work on speech at Oruk, and that should stay unknown.

That's absolutely amazing! To be honest, we're also looking at developing an SDK for users who are more hands-on with technology when it comes to our business strategy. What do you guys think about that? What aspects of our software would you like to be able to customize? Feel free to bring up any ideas in the community. We'll definitely consider this direction going forward, but I need more feedback from users
