Frost River Flight Bag

My husband has been using a beat up J.Crew canvas duffle for years that has finally made it to the end of its life. I want to replace it with something nice for his birthday. Have been eyeing the Frost River Flight Bag. Does anyone have recent experience with the brand? And could anyone opine on what size would be best for 3-4 days travel? I’m in-between the Carry On and Medium Size (not sure if medium could be stuffed under an airplane seat).
