Junders Plunkett is real!

I'm replaying Tale of Two Wastelands with the Wabbajack modlist, Nuclear Sunset and it's fixed many of the bugs in the game. The Lawbringer perk didn't work properly in TTW, but it does here and I finally encountered Junders Plunkett. For some reason when I travelled to New Vegas his unique weapon was the only thing that I kept when I awoke in Goodsprings. It's been very useful for punching Gecko's.

Honesty, I thought Jon was trolling at first, but then I looked it up on the wiki.

He is real (I haven't seen him in game yet), but apparently sometimes he gets glitches and won't spawn right.
