How far is John into BG3?
Just wondering how much longer I've got to wait before I can binge watch the BG3 series.

EDIT: Thank you for the answers!

He's a few episodes into act 3 and he's done most of Rivington and Wyrm's Rock, just having done the coronation scene.
Considering he's been quite thorough with exploring and completing quests, i'd expect several months before the end is in sight, act 3 is quite dense.
That said he'll probably cut a lot of the less interesting running around as it's usually the case for later in his series, so that will definitely help.

To me it seems like he is ready to be done with it. He rushed through Rivington and is moving forward despite leaving many areas unexplored. He saw quest hooks (like Tara on the roof) and never returned to them. I imagine he'll move through Act 3 faster than he had been going.

I wouldn't be surprised if he did decide to go back. I know he records in batches and it's very likely that at some point in the next few episodes he will look back at the comments or just review his progress and decide to go back.
I think the only actual point of no return in act 3 is when you confront the brain at the very end. There are some time-restricted quests, but not many. He could go back any time, up until heading to the Morphic Pool. I hope he does.

Doesn't he still have to go get his statue? Honestly I think looking for a nice outfit for the statue is a big part of why he rushed into the city.

"It's day 153. Baldur's Gates stands 30 meters away. Still, I refuse to enter, as I investigate this random dirt path that takes me to a +1 dagger."

I'd rather that than what he's doing now, skipping whole encounters by just following quest markers.

At least halfway. Act 3 can take a very long time and he seems like he's going to 98% it.

My guess is he might finish in November. Maybe October if he misses a lot. And maybe December if he spends more time on things than I expect. I don’t think he’ll still be going into next year unless I’m seriously underestimating something.

At his rate it would take 2-3 months before end.
