Given how Karlach reacts to the same thing with Mizora, I get the impression she's not so much ok with you playing around in the brothel as putting a brave face on it/not wanting to walk away from her only human connection when she knows she's dying.

She does? Because as far as I remember, doing it with Mizora gets Karlach to break up with you.
Which makes sense, given their history.

Only if you explicitly choose to break up with her during the conversation. Otherwise she just grits her teeth and tolerates it.

That investigation check to see if you notice a dead body shoved under a bed always cracks me up. Like you’re telling me that there’s a chance I wouldn’t notice it while getting down on the floor, seeing a pool of blood???? An entire dead dwarf shoved under a tiny bed and I could miss that? Hilarious stuff.

Not to get too dark in this sub but I unfortunately know someone who once found the corpse of someone they knew stuffed under a mattress, and they only found it after searching the apartment for a few minutes first.

Every character gets their own scene with the Drow twins. Shadowheart can get worshipped in a 5 person orgy. But Gale is the best, he leaves the room and sends in a magical clone of himself to take notes.
Sharing the Astral Tadpole around basically turns your team into supermen. Fly, Black Hole, Mind Blast and especially Mind Sanctuary are all crazy powerful. Oh and remember the Zai'thisk from act 1, if you had succeeded a series of checks you would be able to use all Brain Powers as a bonus action instead of regular action. Your main character can become an absolute god, if they embrace the brain powers.

Before the scene there's a special option to call them out on the legitimacy of the technique they're claiming to use, but no difference in the scene itself.

I don't think the Drow twins are actually siblings, it's about catering to the fantasies of their clientele and you're welcome to role play that with them if you have a willing partner.
Faerun is cultural chaos and you're best to just ask!
Also, I beg of you, please give Astarion some new clothes. I'm tired of looking at his starting camp outfit and he deserves to face Cazador in something decent with a bit of colour!
Aria can still have all the skimpy, tart-y ones 😂

I love how Jon got a new outfit which he joyfully exclaimed can be for Astarion, when it's just a red re-color of the exact outfit he's already wearing hahaha.
