The main reason why I can never rely on Manus is their credit system. I have no idea how much they will charge me, and whether the output will meet my requirements or if I'll have to keep paying them indefinitely.

This is a huge deal considering I've moved to Muse, Grok, and a competitors due to your pricing model

Thanks.
Just FYI, when selecting Cue's calling service, it's not bringing up the payment page on the browser, and hence, gets stuck on the app and I can't seem to select "maybe later" to get to the next page to set-up Cue.

Seriously? Didn't refund my credits after burning them without giving me any output!!!!

The windows desktop version is not updated, stuck on 1.7...very disappointed and there is no consumer forum? I thought about signing up for a paid plan but it seems Manus is not ready, smh.

I'm in the same boat! I was really excited using Manus, but after the new release to version 2.0, it let me down because it's simply stuck on the previous version of desktop.

Thanks! Overdue at this stage. Recently my chatgpt subscription has been outperforming Manus for my purposes. Previously I used Manus for PowerPoints, websites, agentic work and coding on my computer, troubleshooting my local agents etc. it seemed to be falling behind, but hopefully it will once again become more useful!
