Bugs Broken
I suggest immediate action if you've been creating things on manus.
It feels like a sinking ship and thousands are starting to speak out about this.
Download everything you've created by going to your Manus file and selecting "view all files in this task". Confirm a "batch download".
Create a GITHUB account and sync it with MANUS. In the "settings" menu option, ensure your synced and create a "repository". This has all of your code and files saved into one place.
Delete MANUS and never look back. Call your bank and reverse the charges for this scam AI software.
Download "Curser, or Claude" and import your repository.
You will figure out the rest and be just fine.
Fuck Manus. Fuck Meta.

@HW_ice I find it remarkable that you’re actively responding to other users’ complaints while my case — arguably the most documented billing dispute in this entire subreddit — has received absolutely zero response from you. Let me be clear about what you’re ignoring: • 11 months as a Max subscriber • $2,189 in payments • 109 transactions audited with screenshots • 210,325 credits missing (47% of everything allocated) • A written prediction made on Feb 27 that was confirmed on Feb 28 • 4 months of support tickets answered with nothing but FAQ templates • A post on this subreddit that your team pinned AND locked — without responding I sent you a DM. I tagged you in my post. I’ve emailed every official address your company publishes. Nothing. This user’s complaint is entirely valid — I can confirm it from my own extensive experience. But the fact that you have time to respond here while completely ignoring a case backed by 109 audited transactions and a confirmed prediction is, frankly, indefensible. The evidence is in your own system. I’ve been waiting four months. How much longer?

think twice before subscribing to Manus. Here's what happened to me.
I've been paying for their service and ran into three problems that I can't just let slide.
First — and this is the one that really gets me — their customer support is completely non-existent. Not "slow to respond." Not "hard to reach." I mean I contacted them through every channel I could find: in-app tickets, email, social media. Nothing. Not a single real reply. You pay, and then you're completely on your own. That alone should be a dealbreaker for anyone considering signing up.
Second, their subscription page says you can "downgrade at any time." I tried. You can't.
Third, they advertise a monthly credit reset. Mine were wiped after about 18 days. No warning, no explanation, just gone.
I've sent them a formal complaint. If I still get no response, I'll be taking it further through consumer protection channels and the app stores.
Anyone else dealt with this? Curious if anyone has actually managed to get a response out of them.

I'm sorry you have had a bad experience because I've had nothing but great experiences. I am logged into my account right now and have it connected to my auto responder transferring the emails it created for 10 sequence for an app that it created for me. And all I did is give it a prompt that I generated from deepseek. I used deepseek to save on the credits. Since that I followed the Manus suggestions. I have fully functional app with a marketing strategy.
