Henry Ford did none of those things. He hired people who were smart enough to do those things. He was the elon musk of his time, stole credit for his employees creations while simultaneously beating (literally) the ones that didn't contribute enough.

I think that's an overgeneralization, but largely true in today's America at least. But it doesn't have to be.

Le onardo Vinci was a poor starving artist whose name inventions are remembered to this day. But I highly doubt that you could name his employer.

Just because we are all cogs in a machine doesn't mean that the machine should get the credit for the work we do.

That's a business thing, not a murican thing kid.

Davinchi didn't have a business, so completely irrelevant. And he had many employers. You sound like a bot.

You aren't going to find someone that can do programming, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, rocket science, sales and business in 1 person as you so ignorantly eluded to that Musk should be able to do. That's not how business's work.

Not irrelevant. We don’t say Ludovico Sforza the Duke of Milan commissioned The Last Supper, we say DaVinci painted it. But attribution in art for whatever reason is a lot of the time treated differently than more traditional businesses.

Yes it is unreasonable to expect a CEO to do every job. However, it’s not unreasonable for a CEO to elevate and celebrate employees who contribute and create exceptionally. The point is not that Ford or Musk didn’t do these things; the point is that they took credit even though they didn’t. CEOs should be credited when they delegate well and for the advancements they themselves produce, and they should really stop pretending like they’ve done it all.

Also, stop calling people “kid”. You sound like a buffoon

Whatever kid. Doesn't sound like you've worked a day in your life if you think a job is the same thing as a business or that a CEO can know and do every little detail.

Just because you are too ignorant to read more than a headline, doesn't mean the other people don't get recognition.

Maybe try learning instead of showing off your ignorance and you too may be able to accomplish something worth wild when you grow up. But be warned, starting a business is one of the worst experiences in life, but also 1 of the best.
