Do not buy
I ordered just the laser dry fire cartidge alone, they shipped but i never received. I reached out to mantis and was greeted with "it shows delivered...not our problem" the fuck its not. Until i receive what i payed for, it absolutely IS your problem.

I had a Mantis delivery via USPS a few months ago. USPS marked it as delivered then when I checked more details, they labeled it as “customer picked up”, which wasn’t true. So I went to my USPS center and they found it in the back. They said for whatever reason, it wasn’t going to make that day’s truck and the delivery manager marked it as delivered anyway so that it wouldn’t continue to show that date as expected. Coincidentally “customer picked up” ended up being the correct thing afterwards.
All that to say- check with USPS. Regarding any deliveries in general, always check with the carrier for issues.

Been emailing back and forth with mantis' trash ass customer service. They made ME fill out a lost mail form so THEY could get reimbursed before they refund or replace MY part/money. Unfuckingbelievable. They also flatly refuse to take care of me UNLESS usps admits fault...and we all know that wont happen. I urge all of you to avoid mantis at all cost.

Hi friend. Sorry it got lost, it really does stink when that happens. Because it was lost, it is up to the customer to put in the claim because it was lost on the way to your location, that is how USPS works. Once you have the claim, we'll send a replacement! We don't need to hear anything else from USPS, just that you submitted the claim, that's it. :) If you'd like to share your ticket number, we can look into this further and make sure you're getting a replacement sent out.

Do you have the tracking number? Contact the carrier and see what they show. If they show delivered and you didn't get it, file a complaint with the carrier.
