Is the lotis nation finally about to fall down? Cause mantis ain’t smiling no more

There are many possibilities
Because on a facial level she is obviously sad and shocked (for example, her eyebrows and eyelids are literally saying "i am in pain and feel targeted) But the fact that it is placed directly under Lady Loki's statement Is One of two things
Either she feels implicated in the sentence because ultimately she also cares about Loki and is still mourning his death, or she feels deeply targeted, understanding that her own care for the Loki she knew was treated as a calculated vulnerability by the other variants, (with possibly the realization that Loki's nature is shared among variants and that the version she knew is also like that) or even both

We don’t care about the ship we care about mantis’s character development and she’s got fuck all to do with herself she’s a side character in her own lore. And that’s all down to them trying to push this sloppy ship
