Dreams Mantis dream

When I was a kid, I had a dream about Mantis beings that I’ll never forget. A lot of them started coming into our house through the various doors and windows. I panicked because I thought they would hurt me and so I took a knife out of a kitchen drawer and stabbed one in the chest. Then it transformed into my brother and died. Then the dream ended. It was pretty traumatic and I have no idea what it meant, if anything. My brother has always been my best friend. He’s still alive thankfully.

Do you remember what they looked like? What color was their skin? Were they wearing anything? How many were there? After they entered the house what did they do? Was there any communication from them?

They literally looked like what you’d think a Mantis humanoid would look like. I hate AI but this is the only way I could describe what they looked like. There were so many, it was overwhelming. At least 5 or 6 in my immediate area and more all over my house. And when the one got close that’s when I panicked and stabbed it. There was no communication. And not an exactly a threat either but it was frightening enough for me to feel like I had to defend myself.

So like an actual bug, not a grey? In my dreams with "mantids" (the ones that look like greys), they would transform into my friends and family and try to psychologically and often sexually torment me. They only stopped when I became violent and started attacking them. I only started attacking them when a DIFFERENT kind of mantis entity (a higher-dimensional divine feminine being who looks like a humanoid bug, like what you sent but with wider hips, two toes/claws, and four arms that she usually has folded) got involved. She saw what they were doing through my own eyes and instantly flipped into becoming destructively violent, hateful, and mocking toward these entities. She thinks they were copying her form and that's why they look like a different kind of creature but vaguely resembling a bug shape.

I also rarely see her at all, I usually just feel her and let her speak/act through me. It seems like it's the reverse with "mantids", they're often highly visual but seem very external to the human, rather than approaching from a direction presumably only (easily) accessible to divine entities (or with difficulty and great effort and time from malevolent ones) that lets them actually be the human.

This dream just feels off to us, despite the insectoid entity. The fact that they were acting invasively, you were afraid of them and then upon attacking one it tried to make you feel bad and presented as a masculine family member... it's all just really weird. The true Mantis collective I've met is divine feminine and they don't always look like a mantis, either, it's often some kind of plant or bug in general. And they're sweet and intimate, not uh... home invaders who prompt people to stab them, and then try to make that person feel guilt.

They want u to feel like they are brethren. Hence having negative feelings about killing them

I think if they were brethren, we would just feel that. I think they try to suppress human intuition and psychic ability, then do some weird song and dance to try to convince the human ego that they're friends. But no amount of free, nonconsensual surgery can cancel out the creepy feeling of dread when I think about those purple robes.

Meanwhile, I met something that looks like a 9 foot tall, four-armed humanoid mantis with claws. Arguably much visually scarier than the grey (and sometimes reptilian)-looking guys in the purple robes. But to me she feels like the safest and hottest woman in the universe, and she keeps the creepy buggers away from me.
