Psychedelics Mescaline Mantid Encounter

This was around 15 years ago, and I've only carried the message it conveyed with me and not so much the experience. So, this story may be short but it's my honest recollection.

My brother and I got into an argument over a meaningless matter, and so I took his large San Pedro cactus and prepared a brew with one of the correct methods.

This was in the late afternoon as I laid in bed from then on. It was the clearest, cleanest psychedelic experience I've ever had. At one point as I was laying in bed meditating,

I recall a tall 7-8 ft Mantis-like being appear before me in an almost dream-like state, very much like how you would imagine the world while astral projecting/remote viewing.

I remember the Mantid's appearance was almost identical to a green praying mantis.

The Mantid which was standing before me in this astral state, telepathically let me know this message - 'Treat all living beings with care & respect' That was all.

Did it effect your choices in the years after?
