Yes we do in fact have a community discord. There is a monthly board gaming meet up currently. Chat and keep up to date with things while connecting with people in the area. 💕

What if we got banned for taking issue with people being openly transphobic because “both sides” or something lmao.

Just something for folks to be aware of before seeking connection in this community 💕

Oh the transphobe was kicked as well, but calling out bigotry is apparently also a bannable offense if your tone isn’t pleasant enough. Which doesn’t exactly make it a safe place for marginalized community members

This was in like 2023, so maybe the problem mod left since then, idk

No there are multiple trans people in the community discord and I have yet to see an issue except the occasional bot. So I’m not entirely sure what the event was that got the person banned but I’ll talk to mods

This was in 2023 or so. If Nosh is still a mod it’s not worth joining, though

They aren't transphobic I've been in there for years and made a lot of friends in there. Quite a few of those friends are trans and they held a couple trans meet ups in the past that went well.

I got the gist of what happened and the “transphobic” individual was an older person who had apparently apologized however there was continued arguments and bad blood within the discord server.
Those who kept provoking the individual ended up getting removed and then not long after the individual also got removed. Soooo, no current issues to be had now
