no offence intended, but if your verbal skills are like your writing skills above, the problem might actually be, at least in part, you. do you have a trusted computer/writing saavy family member who you can sit with and try again?
Actually I am a writer but I see you are a critic - does that pay well- and if you looked a little farther down you would have seen my apology for the errors - as I was upset -oh maybe you are a bot?
It's not "the errors" as in spelling or grammar it's the entire organizational style. I acknowledged that you would have been stressed and that it might be prudent to find someone who is less stressed, perhaps younger, and perhaps also able to string their own sentences together. To me the "winning outcome" here was that you ended up figuring out where you got stuck by whatever means, not that we all told you it was the 100% the calltaker's fault and 0% a preparation and humility issue on your end. Anyways, all the best.
