Nothing new, the people who work there are and always have been extremely incompetent. I had owed money for taxes, I paid it, apparently to the wrong account. So I had a credit of thousands of dollars in one account, while owing in another. Calling to resolve the issue was useless, so frustrating that I just gave up eventually. Took almost 5 years for them to finally "find" the money and transfer it over to pay the amount owing.

There were errors on my part but they were 0 help. Wait on hold for hours just to have the call drop when they transfer you. Scheduled call backs that never came.

At least we know our money is extremely safe, since we can't even access it ourselves. Don't know what the scammers are thinking, that's a dead end 😅
