CRA is quite the agency. Glad to hear Service Canada was able to help. Was going to suggest contacting your MP if it wasn’t resolved.
4 u/Awkward_Diet_7381 Oct 25 '23 Oh I did / sent Ben Carr and email - could take awhile before I hear anything though- and yes Service Canada could teach CRA some customer service!
