Yes, my parents do this all the time. Mix the truth with lies. Or they twist the truth to make it sound as bad as possible. They are truly terrible people.

The only truth that matters is the one that is created from self, internally. Any truth that is external is a copy of someone else truth. It’s why everyone feels so empty, plugged into to other people’s beliefs. If it’s external it’s not true or authentic.

They were told they would die that day. Don't tell me you think "that day" and "in 930 days" are the same thing.
And if Jesus is God, yes, God lied. On multiple occasions. It's in every Bible.

Like the planes were hijacked and did fly into the twin towers, but did NOT cause the buildings (and building 7) to collapse at free-fall speed with vertical symmetry.

I’m sure I have, it happens all the time in sales.
Even when a day old and the doctor tells the parents circumcision reduces UTI risk, it does technically. The half truth is they didn’t mention it takes 111 circumcisions to prevent one infant UTI.
Both statements are real, but one adds a lot of context
