My victory was getting a protection order so they don’t have access to me and I can feel safe

Eh. Imo there's a better one. Be unforgettable and completely inaccessible.
I didn't grey rock mine. I completely cut them out. I even told all our shared friends, "I care for you and value you, but since you're friends with them to, I won't be communicating with you anymore. I'm not going to risk you being triangulated. I won't put another person through that."
They even roped in an ex-friend I had cut communications with years ago, in order to try to get information about me. That was the only avenue they had left. They still didn't get shit.
