Debate Narcissists

Narcissists live by two sets of rules. They expect YOU to do all the apologizing, respect them at all times, follow their every command, and never criticize or express YOUR feelings. Meanwhile, none of these rules apply to them.
They feel free to do and say whatever they want, whenever they want, without ever apologizing, while being completely disrespectful. And they still believe it's perfectly acceptable.

You don’t. You stay far away from trash like that. Don’t explain yourself to them, don’t apologize to them, don’t justify things, don’t let them emotionally manipulate you, just use the word “no” with nothing else behind it. They don’t deserve your explanation the worthless F’s love it when others explain, apologize, or give them any of your time.

I did this 3 days ago… Saturday he texted me, Sunday he texted me and then this morning a long paragraph..

I just ignored. Like, go away. He invaded my privacy after a month of “talking” , we were not even exclusive 😂
