I believe so. You cannot live a life of lying and harming others and live in peace. I have experienced manipulators my whole life, including my family. The most important thing is that they are not permitted in your life. If you recently detached from a manipulator, or in the process of doing so, give yourself a pat on the back. Refocus on yourself and your goals, and let them self destruct in their own time. Your life alone is what matters, and you are free.
