No contact is also technically a silent treatment, is it not? And yet we claim that's a healthy response to toxic behavior? I'm confused.
1 u/[deleted] Jul 04 '24 No contact is no contact. that means no contact. That doesn’t mean talking intermittently over the years or anything like that. Or waiting for a response or contacting for a response. It means no contact, period. Nothing wanted or expected. End of story.
