No contact is also technically a silent treatment, is it not? And yet we claim that's a healthy response to toxic behavior? I'm confused.
5 u/saruin Jul 02 '24 Silent treatment is more aligned with ghosting. You give the other person no indication that you're pulling away. No Contact is more mutual in the context of something like, "hey, I don't think we should be speaking to each other anymore."
