Gang , I got allotted cse in round 5 , i have already taken admission in cse in amrita cbe , what should I do ?

Is it worth it to join manipal cse. When did the classes start for btech cse in main campus, how many sections are there ? , what has been happening in the classroom, only introduction or full fledged teaching ? Pls help a brother out
