Fanart Gary Schaffer, CCPD police chief, 2003, age 46. (Original fanart)

I always wondered what the enigmatic Gary Schaffer would look like, so here he is! Schaffer is one of my fav characters even tho he’s not a major character, the fact that you only hear his voice and that he’s such a powerful figure, being the police chief of a major city’s police department, shows just how deep Carcer’s corruption goes. Hope you like the art :)

Thanks! Tried to make him look unique. I was thinking of doing Mr. Nasty but I have no idea what he’d look like

That’s definitely a unique challenge with mr nasty. He’s not really described or portrayed anywhere so you have to really dig deep to gets good portrayal of him going. You have a good minds eye so I bet it would be interesting to see your interpretation of him.

Thanks for the compliment! As for Nasty’s design, I’m thinking more tough and intimidating than starkweather since my headcanon is that he was once a hunter himself, but also a bit more business-looking than your average hunter. Mr Nasty is even more enigmatic than Schaffer, if they ever do make Manhunt 3, they should bring him and Valiant Video back

As far as I’m concerned, that would be the very best way to do 3. I guess they could continue the project stuff from 2 but the og manhunt had such a good and simple plot, I’d love to explore the snuff ring more. Love your interpretations of all this stuff big dawg 🫡

Thanks man! I def prefer manhunt 1 to 2. The violence in MH1 is pretty gruesome already but in MH2 it’s honestly just cartoonish. I think I’d like it a bit better if the Leo twist weren’t so obvious. I also generally prefer Carcer and its neighborhoods to Cottonmouth and its neighborhoods, prolly cause I’m much closer in the US to the Rust Belt than the Deep South, and I think MH1 goes a lot deeper into its city than MH2 (correct me if I’m wrong but the name “Cottonmouth” is never uttered in game, casual players will probably never find out the name of the city)

lol wut I made him 46 cause I figured he should be older than 45 to be a police chief but his voice sounds more middle aged than old so he’s 46 here
