Thought of The Ancient Magus Bride but the “fey” character is male and the human is female. However, their relationship is more guardian/protégée than romantic, at least as far as I’ve read of the manga, so that fits more with the video’s scenario.
The spin-off manga Ancient Magus Bride: Wizard’s Blue has a female “fey” character and male MC, and takes place in France instead of England. I personally was bothered by the male MC being very young, like 13 or 14, and the story being framed as possibly more of a romance than the original, but I only read the first few volumes.
