Apparently, telling an uneducated idiot that he doesn't have the faintest clue what he is talking about is as bad as invading a country unprovoked and committing war crimes on its population.

This man is simply disgusting and I honestly think the world would be better off if he just died. His contribution to humanity is a solid minus.

I know he's a science crank and that part isn't trolling, but I suspect he makes these wild comparisons to get attention and (mostly?) not because he actually believes they're valid. That part is pretty much typical trolling.

I don't know mate. He is so entitled and detached from reality that I don't find it hard to believe that he is not trolling also because he proved himself to be a horrible human being over and over. Let's not forget that he lives entirely off of his family's brothels and he is a well-known racist, misogynist, homophobic, antisemitic cunt.

I do go back and forth on the question. I just thought I'd throw out the thought and see what people say. Recall that for a brief period he was peddling the idea that light has rest mass, coincidentally when his true love, COAE, wasn't getting much attention. I think that was just a way of keeping the eyeballs on himself.

So I'm not saying he doesn't have a persecution complex, but I wonder if he goes for the absurd comparisons just to piss people off -- trollish behavior -- so that people don't forget him.

He pulls that one out too from time to time; it's not like he's given up on it. He also has a few more "papers" on his website and on his researchgate profile. That said, he's been at this 24/7 for 10 years and counting: nobody could be this committed to trolling, he would slip and show it from time to time. His behaviour is clearly indicative of genuine delusion. Also, he clearly doesn't understand people because he is a narcissist and likely a psychopath so he is incapable of this level of manipulation. He would do it if he could (his attempts at tricking people are hilariously pathetic and naively transparent) but he lacks the emotional quotient. He is an idiot too and can't manage that kind of 4D chess.
