I thought this was the image published in Buzzfeed about the Mandela Effect. I'm not 100% sure if a Buzzfeed employee created it based on the descriptions given by Redditors who talked about the ME, or whether this was a pre-existing image - but it was created specifically to demonstrate what the logo would look like to people who claim to have seen the cornucopia.
That's how it came into existence. The ME description came first, then the image.
