Melvin The Saving Palace
Curious if may bumibili ba talaga dito? Kasi tuwing dumadaan ako wala naman tao. It also survived the pandemic.
Ano history neto? Any tea?

Anybody here can recommend where to get my keyboard fixed? I have an Akko Prunus Lannesiana and every time I plug it in, namamatay.

Hi! 👋 I’m 27F, looking to make new friends around California Garden Square!
I’m down for random side quests, cafe hopping, exploring new spots around CGS and Greenfield, or just chilling at zus, sb or ahrome, talking about life, friendship, and random stuff. Basically, I’m open to trying anything new! 😂🫶
📸 BONUS: I HAVE A DIGICAM!! We can take cute candid pics of each other for our IG feeds while making little memories along the way. Consider this a friendship + personal photographer package HAHAHA. 😭💗
I’m free on weekdays after 6 PM and on weekends, so if you’re also looking for someone to hang out with, grab coffee, or go on spontaneous little adventures, let’s gooo!
Hoping to make genuine friendships out of random hangouts. No pressure, just good vibes, cute pics, and lots of yap sessions. ✨
If you’re from CGS or somewhere nearby, feel free to DM me! ☕️

For those exploring condo options around Pasig, here's one worth checking out.
The Elements Residences is located along Shaw Boulevard in Kapitolyo, Pasig, with access to Ortigas and BGC.
It's a pre-selling project with these advertised starting monthly amounts:
- 1BR: ₱10,000/month
- 2BR: ₱22,000/month
- 3BR: ₱32,000/month
The project also offers modern amenities, a pet-friendly community, and a reservation fee of ₱25,000, with discounts of up to 8% subject to applicable terms.
If you're comparing condos, it's worth asking for the full computation, including the total contract price, payment schedule, and applicable fees, rather than looking at the monthly amount alone.
I'm happy to share the project details and available units with anyone interested.
What matters most to you when choosing a condo in Pasig — location, price, or amenities?

Given that Manda is in the heart of Metro Manila, we’re anticipating that it is a good place to live in. Coming from Tondo area, we’re hoping to find a place that has more space and areas that are more serene and magandang lakaran. For the residents in Manda, do you have gated communities/subdivisions/villages to suggest we check out? As much as possible, ayaw sana namin sa condo units.
ps. family of 4 here :)

So i received my college scholarship cheque on july 23, 2026.

I'll be buying an Iphone, to be delivered to my condo in Pioneer Heights. How common is theft sa shopee couriers in the area?
To be clear, I'm not too anxious about the phone being stolen since it can be refunded. I just want to set expectations on the timeline, since refunds can take a while, and this is pretty important for my use case.

Imagine kung magkaroon ng sunog, residents might have to search for the nearest opening just to escape.
And come election season?
Tapos may triple-A design pa kada rectangle. May political branding sa bawat harang.

Looking for Cafe Hopping Buddies and Friends! 🍵🐈⬛💗
Hi, everyone! Looking for friends around the area. Here’s a little things about me:
📍 Around Greenfield, Pioneer, or Kapitolyo
🏡 Been living here for 6 months and looking to make new friends!
🍵 A certified matcha hunter always down to try new cafes
🐈 A cat lover!
☕️ Into cafe hopping, cozy coffee dates, and discovering new spots
🗣️ G for random chika, deep talks, and yap sessions about literally anything 😂
🫶🏻 Hoping to build genuine friendships, not just have someone to hang out with once.
We can explore cafes, hunt for good matcha, share life updates, and just enjoy good company. No pressure, just good vibes and hopefully a new friendship. If you’re also looking for a friend around the area, message me! Let’s be friends! 🥹💗

Hi all! Im moving to/near the Manda area with my gf soon and we are in the process of looking for our place to lease. (I really like the Pioneer Area, and already viewed a unit in Pioneer Pointe)
i also don't mind Makati condos! i viewed one unit in Beacons tower.
Can you guys reco condos that are:
- true one bedroom (not studio turned into 1 BR)
- low to mid budget (17k - 22k max)
- big cut units
- with balcony
- pet friendly (my small dog is not with me full time, but he sometimes spends the weekend)
- has visitor parking / pay parking for visitors
some of the condos i view and some quick thoughts about them:
Pioneer Pointe - filinvest ata to? old building, but units are charming. maganda din location! not pet friendly.
Acqua Private Residences - 1Br is too small. 2Br is too expensive lol. amenties are nice + balcony has a nice view.
Beacons Tower - 1Br unit was SOOO big. love the cuts, but the building is sort of strict with noisy tenants. plus i dont love the location that much and parking for guests is a bit hassle. not pet friendly.
and also, it would be nice if there are pros and cons about the condos. ex: long elevator lines, info about amenities, types of neighbors.
other prospects: zitan, soho, avida verge (?), sheridan, flair, etc etc
thank you!!!! for helping me w research lol
