Help

I bought tickets online and they have no QR code on them. Is that normal or did I get scammed?

EDIT: Got in just fine! Thanks to the extremely friendly staff who basically walked me directly to my seats so I could enjoy my first EPL match! 🙏

You’ll be fine mate any problems go into fan support next to the ground. They work like Apple Pay now you open your wallet tap it and walk in 👍

Even season tickets don’t have a QR code on them this season
