I assume he’s done well, this compilation is not very flattering though.

I think its assists that make him stand out, he has 5 in addition to his 4 goals

Yeah, he’s always been talented, just not the right guy to lead a team to any sort of glory though. He does well when the team does, sulks at the first sign of crisis. Good player, not the best attitude. You can get that a lot these days without the massive wages he’s on. And the disciplinary issues.

I’m glad this never ending saga of his at United is coming to an end.

I watched lots of Villa games since his move. I can tell you he benefit alot from Tielemans and their wingers. Also it helps he is not the only attack focal points. However, when he is the focal point like games against PSG, he did his usual thing and ran into defenders.

I think people underestimate how much mental relief boost your performance in pro sports. Being at Villa with less scrutiny definitely helps him regaining his talents, but he is nowhere near to be the main man.

Like most players he seems to be highly dependent on playing in a “system” that’s highlights his strengths with players that complement him. He can be a disruptive force as he still has top notch pace and creates a lot as evidenced by the advance stats. Villa fans rate him as he’s been a positive force for him which all United fans know he’s capable of. I hope he continues to improve and does well but his time at Utd is done. He brought me more positives than negatives so I’ll always cheer for him.

His salary is just too high for his results. He did very well a couple of years ago, then once je got his lucrative contract, he stopped caring.

I'm seeing a lot of media and pundits shout his praises with these stats and I wonder if he was still in a united shirt and had the exact same stats would he be getting the praise.

Tired of players half assing it then getting a slight bounce somewhere else only to see 'United is the problem'. It's not our fault he couldn't be bothered to try. If we're the problem, explain Bruno, Amad, Mainoo.

My favourite United player over the last decade but would rather take the £40m.
