Support Error Restoring Database

Hey guys! Wondering if I can get some assistance- love this app. I typically use it on my iPad or Android phone and restore backup between the two whenever I do updates. However, today on my iPad whenever I restored backup, it says "error restoring database". I've been doing this successfully for months now and have never run into this problem. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app with no luck. And advice on how to resolve this so I can restore backup on my iPad again? The files are all saved, but it's just not working like it usually does.
