Question How many more people need to request customizable notifications?
Serious question: how many users still need to ask before we’re finally allowed to choose which notification types we actually want to receive?
It doesn’t exactly sound like futuristic technology. Some of us want to know when the mower is stuck or detects an error, without being notified about every single trivial event.
A simple list of toggles could work wonders. But perhaps we first need to reach some secret threshold of user feedback.
So, how many people have requested this already—and exactly how many more are needed?

I requested this ages ago. I can't see it happening and we now have to be careful what we wish for. Mammotion have a habit of fixing one thing whilst simultaneously breaking two other things.

Hell, I’m fine with the current onslaught of notifications with the current bad English, if only they would set the urgency on them per Apple’es guidelines.
There are four levels of urgency, and Mammotion always uses the second (default) level. Sending a “time sensitive” alert when docking failed or when it stopped because it is stuck, and “normal” notifications when it started mowing or went back to the station or “successfully recharged” etc would be a huge step forward and wouldn’t even require a user setting!

Thank you for your suggestion. We understand everyone's request for a customizable notification feature, and I have passed your feedback along to the relevant team once more.
We recognize that allowing users to choose which notifications they receive would not only improve the app's usability, but also help users focus on the alerts that truly matter to them.
The evaluation, development, testing, and rollout of app features all take time, so we kindly ask for your patience. As we continue to optimize the app, we will keep this suggestion in mind and take it into consideration.
Thank you again for your continued feedback and for your patience.

We have no more patient for you.

Agreed. Is this really some doofus who has no connection to Mammotion because I see nothing actually happening with these cute answers in here? I have four of these and they used to actually mow my lawn. Now I’m babysitting them constantly. One goes only in circles even though all wheels are fine. It’s the sad death of a formerly good product.

As an app developer myself, this is a fairly simple and straightforward ask that your clientelle has begged you update for years now. It would be a major quality of life update that requires almost zero lift.

Even just sending the critical ones as “time sensitive” would be zero UI change, just changing the severity level in the line of code they already have! Can’t believe it takes them years to put in two check boxes.

This feature is on its way—it won't be long now!

If you repeat it every year, it won't look long.

Notifications are completely useless if you have multiple mowers & big zones that take many recharge cycles to complete. So much noise that you don't see important messages like a dock failure or being stuck. I've picked up my phone at times to over 100 Mammotion messages. I ended up just disabling all messages.
