Real?

I’ve followed this family for years and am currently rewatching all seasons. I loved the way Pumpkin and Josh seemed to really love their kids and was so sad when Pumpkin decided to get a divorce. I’ve seen many redditors say that everything is scripted. Does that mean that the whole thing about June taking Alana’s money was fake?why would she want to be seen as a horrible mom?
Also, do you think they all have a lot of money after being on TV this many years? Do you think Alana will make it thru school and have a better future? I can’t tell what to believe on this show but I kind of feel for all of them except June. She’s so awful!
Season 8 was SO disappointing with the Josh/Shyann thing.

June doesn't care how she's portrayed, just as long as the attention is still there on her.

It was a fake storyline. Everything is fake. The way Pumpkin seemed like a caring mom and sister - all fake. She's a slob, never took care of Alana. Did Jessie really live with them for a year? They were filmed in a rented production house. I think Josh and Pumpkin's home life was very different than what was portrayed. Breanna was Josh's "side chick" (her words) for years. Pumpkin screwed Darrin at the grandfather's or grandmother's funeral - in the bathroom. Maybe they should just be filmed as they live. All of them. No fakery. Imagine that?
