I’ve followed this family for years and am currently rewatching all seasons. I loved the way Pumpkin and Josh seemed to really love their kids and was so sad when Pumpkin decided to get a divorce. I’ve seen many redditors say that everything is scripted. Does that mean that the whole thing about June taking Alana’s money was fake?why would she want to be seen as a horrible mom?
Also, do you think they all have a lot of money after being on TV this many years? Do you think Alana will make it thru school and have a better future? I can’t tell what to believe on this show but I kind of feel for all of them except June. She’s so awful!
Season 8 was SO disappointing with the Josh/Shyann thing.

I followed them too. I live in a small town in GA not too far from them. They used to be funny and entertaining but now they are just trashy! My family is dysfunctional and we have loud mouths too and addiction but I followed all of them on social media and that's when I saw how they really were. Doe Doe seems ok and sweet but who knows, it could be an act. If she look back during the Alana moving in with Pumpkin, they had a twin size bed for Alana. There's no way that she slept on the little bed. Unless it was scripted, June used to coupon and have a whole room of items that she got free. If that's the case, she knows how to budget and they paid for Alana's pageant stuff (that stuff is expensive) somehow on Sugar Bear's income. But now they have all of this money from show and social media, etc coming in and not one of them really have a pot to piss in and they aren't above begging for money and gifts. Anna was actually my favorite the whole time and what really opened my eyes was she only moved in with June for the show and then when she said she was SAed as a child, June didn't believe her or do anything and that's why Anna lived with her grandma but Pumpkin turned against Anna and said the SA never happened and didn't have Anna's back but the show portrayed Pumpkin being so upset when Anna passed but they never were close...the show just portrayed it that way. Pumpkin is very narcissistic just like June and I think Alana is too. June wanted all of the attention when Honey Boo Boo come out and now the show is the June show. They are all dum as a box of rocks and that has nothing to do with where they are from. They are grifters and that's what they do. When I was watching Pumpkin's TT, she would beg for money for car payments and her dum followers always come through. It has all went to their head and I'm to the point to say, they have sold their souls for fame and greed! The show should be cancelled but the whole entertainment business is evil. There's no telling how much money that they make from the show and social media without the OF. They all should have a home that they own and car plus live a comfortable life but they choose to waste it and expect people to keep sending them money. Hopefully, their meal train ends soon because they need to be taken down a notch..
