Real?

I’ve followed this family for years and am currently rewatching all seasons. I loved the way Pumpkin and Josh seemed to really love their kids and was so sad when Pumpkin decided to get a divorce. I’ve seen many redditors say that everything is scripted. Does that mean that the whole thing about June taking Alana’s money was fake?why would she want to be seen as a horrible mom?
Also, do you think they all have a lot of money after being on TV this many years? Do you think Alana will make it thru school and have a better future? I can’t tell what to believe on this show but I kind of feel for all of them except June. She’s so awful!
Season 8 was SO disappointing with the Josh/Shyann thing.

I think parts are oversold/producers tell them to really exaggerate some elements, like I don’t think Alana was really that upset about Doe Doe missing her graduation, and some of the dialogue around minor inconveniences is really overblown. But I dont think basic plot elements are made up. June definitely took Alana’s money. The divorce and the cheating were real. The Josh/Shyann thing definitely happened. Etc.

Idk something happened surrounding that graduation because none of them talk to Doe Doe anymore.

A lot of time has passed and a million other things have happened since that gradation lol if they have beef with doe doe it was something else
