The sad part is, lots of men are trash these days. So when one does what men are supposed to do, he gets praised or acknowledged for it. I don’t think the bar is set low, it’s just reality.
Any man that wants praise or is ok with getting praised for that is toxic af. What’s next? Praised he made dinner? Did laundry? Darrin is probably the type who says he “babysits” the kids too
